Great communication, car was ready for me, great customer service . My 2nd time renting and he always make sure to tend to my needs. Always a pleasure to drive this amazing beast definitely going rent a 3rd time !

The car itself was a pleasure to drive. However, I was charged $250 for smoking when I never smoked in the vehicle nor do I smoke at all. Me and the host spoke about the weed smell in the vehicle upon pickup.

Apologies Kelvin, it was truly a pleasure meeting you. Unfortunately, when I got the car back there was ash and buds all throughout the car (front and back). When I gave you the car it was freshly washed so that was not there prior to. Also you placed an air freshener in the car which is against our rules. Why would you place an air freshener in a rented car? When we originally talked, You mentioned you don't smoke but someone definitely does. Thanks again for renting from us.
