Unfortunately my experience maybe different than others. The car was great and drove wonderful. The communication was horrible and the willingness to accommodate after asking to modify my time due to my sister being on hospice . The owner lied and said I could modify
but when tried to do so the car was already booked. This ultimately lead me to having to drive in a middle of a storm and leave my dying sister and family to return the car.
