Original car I booked(white Honda Accord)wasn't clean, had major cigarette smoke and there was a lot of exterior dents -its pictures on the profile were most definitely outdated.
Olly(hoping that is proper spelling) was the only reason the experience has 2 stars instead of 1. He was very nice and I appreciated his assistance.
He fixed me up with another car when I had no idea what I was going to do while my rental funds were frozen with the original.
The black Subaru was decent, but definitely feels like it's on its last legs /needs some MAJOR maintenance. Car struggled to start beyond a concerning amount of times. Sun roof doesn't fully close, so cold air drafts in and when it rained, the next day, car smelled a little musty. A few maintenance lights were constantly on.
At one point there was a battery issue with the display/sound system, mid-drive where none of the buttons/screen worked creating a chaotic situation w not knowing where I was and needing the GPS.
Car makes a rattling sound at start up and through most of the drive.
I only used it to go to and from work/meetings so thankfully didnt use too many miles during the 2 weeks, but didn't see it as a safe enough vehicle to take on longer distanced trips like I had wanted.
For the cost, neither vehicle was worth the money.

Clear communication and efficient car.

Their service is really awesome. The car was super nice and It was clean and neat same as outside of the car. Car drives easy without any issue. The AC was very nice and blasting. Customer service could be slightly better with communication but nonetheless, I have no issue at all with this car.
