Unfortunately the car had a battery problem I had to cancel my rental before planed

I apologize that your trip was interrupted, after picking up the car I jump started the battery and the car started right away. I also took the car to Autozone and Battery Warehouse and had both places check the battery and it was completely fine. I’m not sure if something was accidentally left on or it was just something out of the ordinary.
Things happen, but I do apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you for renting with me.
