FAQs
How do guests access the vehicle?
Contact the host directly upon arrival to have the vehicle unlocked remotely. The key will be in a pouch on the driver-side door. At the end of your trip, be sure to return the key to the pouch and manually lock the vehicle upon exit. You’ll only need the pouch for check-out.
Does host charge for delivery to the airport?
No, we do not charge to deliver our vehicle. However, there may be a small lot fee (no more than $13) for short-term parking. The guest is responsible for this fee upon exiting the airport at check-in, and the host will cover it after drop-off when you check-out.
Are guests required to wash the vehicle before return?
No, washing the vehicle is not required. However, if you’d like to, UNLIMITED WASHES are available at any local Mister Drive Thru. You can use the air guns in the vacuum area to dry off excess moisture or the hand towel provided in the trunk.
