Guidelines

IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR CAR DELIVERED: For insurance reasons, when you book your car, please book it an hour before you want it delivered and an hour after your want to return it. Since we are are driving the car to the location you have chosen, we are covered by TURO insurance as soon as the reservation begins. Mileage starts at the time we leave from our home office through your trip and back. When you book a car in the United States you may drive it across the US-Canadian border. You may NOT drive into Mexico. If you request to rent the vehicle over the amount of time that was originally booked or return earlier there WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE CHARGED BY TURO. No pets or animals of any kind or permitted in the vehicle at anytime. No illegal drugs are permitted in the vehicle at anytime No smoking is permitted in the vehicle at anytime. All legal complaints in connection with this vehicle (such as speeding tickets, parking tickets, tow charges, etc.) are the responsibility of the approved/assigned driver on record. If you think you are going to be late returning your vehicle, let us know ASAP. We may have another reservation for that car that is immediately following yours. In some cases, we can extend the time rental however, for insurance reasons, you may be charged a late return fee. This is determined case by case.

  • What if I cannot return my car on time?

    Thing happen and we get it. However your commuication with us is important. If you think you are going to be late returning your vehicle, let us know ASAP. We may have another reservation for that car that is immediately following yours. In some cases, we can extend the time rental however, for insurance reasons, you may be charged a late return fee. This is determined case by case.

  • Since the announcement of Covid19, I have been concerned about renting a car from Turo, what are you doing to help stop the spread?

    Yes we are concerned too. We have been working with Turo to help reduce the spread of Covid 19. Turo has encouraged us to take steps to not only vacuum, sanitize and wash but to abide by stricter disinfecting. Please contact us so we can go over our improved guidelines to a healthier Turo Guest and Host Initiative.

This trip was origanially booked under a reservation of a gentleman that was booking it for his girlfriend. He was not going to be present for pick up so we cancelled it so she could book the reservation herself.
