Very convenient location and pickup / drop off - May was quick to respond and very on top of everything. The car was in good condition overall - there was some smoke scent inside in case you’re more sensitive to that. We couldn’t figure out how to connect our phone to car audio - May was communicative when we messaged her about it and suggested we Google it but unfortunately we still couldn’t figure it out. Great experience otherwise!
