Here you will get a chance to purchase coverage from us. || THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR COMMERCIAL HOST. Please cooperate as this allows up to provide you low rates as opposed to other similar cars on Turo 2. If insurance is not added, you must show me your personal insurance clearly showing that this car is covered. 3.You must be 21+ old to book this vehicle 4. Please upload a picture of your license next to your face in the app 5. If driving out of state, please accept an additional $100 per state crossed Please also return the Honda Accord with a full tank. Please no smoking, drinking alcohol, or recreational drugs in the Honda Accord.

Raul was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was quick to respond and a great communicator. He delivered the car to us just moments after we stepped president of the baggage claim. I highly recommend him!

Ok experience, can was a bit dinged up but usable. Was about the same cost as a rental without the 200 deposit. Could see how there could be issues. Car smelled a bit funny when I got it but all in all fine. If I had a credit card could suggest just using a regular service but this is much cheaper.

Richard's car was great, we needed something that would allow us to get around the city. It did just that, really appreciated the easy pick up and return process. We were also running late and Richard was more than accommodating of our travel changes. Thanks!

1. Bring $22 extra dollars to remove the car from parking (in addition to the rental fee) but swipe their rewards card to be sure they get free parking benefits off of the fees you pay. 2. The car was FILTHY - definitely not washed or sanitized. Dirt everywhere inside and out. 3. Cheap price up front. But you pay big time on the back end with the terrible quality and service. 4. The car has dents all over it - in really bad shape. Not like the photos. 5. It’s a shuttle ride from the airport - not as convenient as just going to the rental counter. To top it off, Richard has a bad attitude. When I had a small (easily resolved) issue getting the car from airport parking, he went off on me, then stated that he wasn’t comfortable and wouldn’t rent me the car, I parked it and it didn’t move from that moment. He did pick up the car. The rental didn’t happen. But after his abusive attitude and saying he won’t rent the car, he tried to apologize and get me to take the rental and pay for it. He made my weekend hell by arguing over dozens of messages, accusing me of wanting to cancel (it was his choice all along). He told me that I was wrong...and THEN maybe after realized how ridiculous he was, tried to get me to take the rental and pay. I declined because I had already rented another vehicle per his instructions not to move the car. Very rich! Finally, he (or someone using his account) began apologizing and playing nice, but still went behind my back to slander me to Turo staff, including lying about why the rental didn’t happen, and left me a one star review. I would never plan to do business with these people again. It’s also very misleading that it’s listed under “Richard” since by their own words, I wasn’t talking to Richard- but I was talking to “a whole team of people.” Very poor service and very poor team! They will treat you bad! Thankfully Turo is great and did their best to help resolve it.

Visibly upset. Sorry for the confusion. Car is a bit old but very clean. It’s sad your comments misrepresent our interactions. Hopefully clients will read through many other great feedbacks about our service. We advise everyone who rents from us to read instructions ahead of time
