This was my first experience with Turo and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience. I rented this car to get around Austin for a month and it was the perfect little car. Very clean and charging was so easy. For the most part we just charged it overnight using an extension cord from the house. SO EASY!! Gregg was very communicative and has several cars, so he is a pro at this! I will 100% be looking to Gregg next time I am in Austin and need a way to get around.
Gregg and his Fiat were amazing. The Car was clean and felt brand new. The perfect car to go around austin with. If you want to go farther than austin this not the car but inside city limits it’s such a fun ride. He was very flexible with our schedule as well. Thanks Gregg.
Gregg and his Fiat were great! Clean, helpful and on time. Car is zippy and easy to fit into any parking spot which in Austin is ideal My one qualm with this car would be the range. It was cold and wet so that played a small part but we found ourselves charging the car almost everyday which turned into a chore depending what part of town you're in.
First off never used turo before but a buddy mentioned it when there were zero rental cars left at the airport. Greg was a great host a little trouble finding the car at first but Greg messaged back almost immediately and was able to guide us to the location. As for the car it was as described and great for little trips around town the card in the glove box gave me access to all the charging ports which were nice. Overall a great first time experience using turo will deffinatly try it again.
The unlock button on the key fob did not work. Aside this minor inconvenience, the car runs great, ac works and it's very fuel efficient. Also, Jake was very helpful and responded quickly. Would rent again. Thanks.

Great host, helped orient us in Austin and was very helpful with the electric car usage. My only recommendation would be that if you plan on driving outside of the city at all (on highways) this cars range is not suitable for it. Sticking to city roads it does just fine. You will need to charge it often.

It's a great little car, and Jake is very friendly and helpful. He met me at the airport extremely quickly when I arrived in Austin and when I returned the car, too. Everything was easy and worry-free. I highly recommend Jake and his Fiat.

Great service and couldn't be happier with Nina and her partners. It was my first time with an EV for an extended period. Without a home with a charger, it can be difficult to plan your driving and time, even in a place like Austin with plentiful chargers.

Very seriously if you plan on leaving town with this car and you should probably think again but for the price you cannot be staying in Austin with this car! Greg was awesome and very helpful and professional.

The Fiat was perfect for getting around town! Chargers are all around town, so the only time I needed to use one was a seamless experience of just parking it outside of a restaurant and having it be fully charged by the time we finished eating. Gregg was also super helpful and made my first Turo trip very easy and intuitive
Juan Jose was great to rent from. The car was in great condition, a zippy and fun stick-shift to zoom around all the big Austin trucks and park anywhere. This was a great experience with really easy instructions for pick-up and drop-off.

Car was perfect for getting around Austin and great on gas! I Had some issues with figuring out the car buttons and stuff and called Arman, from HandiFleet, he responded immediately and helped me figure the car out on FaceTime.

Great little car with a surprising amount of zip for an electric vehicle. Be sure to plan time for charging in advance, as it takes about 3 hours to charge fully!

This little fiat was super cool and great to drive. I needed a car at the last minute and was so excited that this was available at such a great cost. the electric lasted me throughout the nite and day and still had 25% left when I returned it. Gregg was super responsive and made check in and out super simple. I will definitely rent from him again.

Great little car if you are only going to be in the city! Had a blast zipping around. Only issue I had was finding the correct chargers on the ChargePoint app.
