Perfect vehicle to be efficient on the road while visiting local areas or even road trips. I had many excellent road trip adventures with my girlfriend going as far as New York City. Runs greats, has plenty space, and Bluetooth.

Guidelines

Disclosure: Late Return Fee: $40/hour, up to $160. Please allow 10-15 minutes for you and I to check in and out the vehicle upon pickup and return. This allows time to take photos of the vehicle so we both are protected. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of gas used day of pickup. Unfortunately, Turo only allows me to choose between 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and Full when returning car. I will have to sadly round down if the vehicle is not returned on the same amount of gas given the day of pickup. Please please please do this. ***$10 Refueling fee will be added on top of the gas cost if vehicle is returned without fueling back up.*** Vehicle must be returned clean. ***Please keep the interior as clean as possible. All trash should be removed from cupholders and storage areas of the car. You are welcome to throw trash out in one of the bins at pickup location. The car should be returned with the interior and exterior as clean as it was when given to you. A little dirt on the floor mats is no big deal, but anything requiring more than a light vacuuming will incur a $50 cleaning fee.*** No driving off paved road as all times. No using car for ride sharing. No racing car. No smoking or vaping in or around car. ***I'm asking you please do not lean on the car while smoking or vaping. Any signs of scratches by clothing or dents caused by leaning on car will unfortunately be paid for by customer.*** No pets inside car. ***Any signs of pets or smoking in the car will also incur a cleaning fee.*** Free delivery for car rental of 1 weeks or longer. ***Must be in a 5 mile radius of 78749 zip code to apply. These include zip codes 78709, 78715, 78735, 78737, 78739, 78745, 78748, and 7874. *** ***No Exceptions ***

  • What should I do if I am going to be late to return the car?

    Contact us immediately if you are running late. The best thing to do is call or text so that we can be prepared in the event we have back-to-back rentals. In some instances you may need to extend your trip in order to remain insured. We understand that things come up, but we need to know ASAP so we can deal with the situation correctly. Late Return Fee: $40/hour, up to $160

  • What happens if I go over the mileage?

    The fee per mile is listed in the trip details. You will be billed at the completion of your trip for any overage.

  • What kind of gas does this car take?

    This car takes regular unleaded gas. It will be given to you with full tank, and should be returned to us with full tank. If the tank is not returned full, then you will be billed after your trip ends.

  • What happens if I drive on a toll road?

    The car is equipped with a toll tag that is compatible with all the toll systems in Texas. At the completion of your trip, you will be billed for any charges incurred at the rate we are billed (no surcharges). Please note, it sometimes takes a few days for the charges to show up on our account. You may be billed for tolls up to 10 days after your trip ends. If you know you drove on a toll road, it's helpful if you notify us.

  • Can my partner, spouse, friend, or travel companion drive the car?

    Only you and the people you officially add through the app on this trip, are allowed to drive the car. Turo is very strict about it and they want to make sure only valid drivers on the trip drive the car, due to Insurance purposes. There is no fee for adding additional drivers, but they must have their own Turo account.

  • Why is airport delivery $90?

    It can be difficult to coordinate airport delivery. My home is $25-30 dollars to and from the airport, which is more economical for you and easier for me to work with.

  • What happens if I have a problem with the car or get into an accident during my trip?

    First of all, do whatever you need to do to be sure you're safe. Then call us. Depending on what happens, we may come meet you or have you call Turo's roadside assistance. If you are in an accident, there is a Turo insurance card in the glove compartment to share with anyone else involved.

I couldn’t be happier! Every aspect of this rental experience was above and beyond expectation. The car was a fantastic ride, really clean , great gas mileage and even Jon even provided umbrellas just in case it rained. Jon was soooooooo cool and flexible with time and he even gave me a ride to my bus terminal. I mean who does that?! If I could give a higher rating I would.

I couldn’t be happier! Every aspect of this rental experience was above and beyond expectation. The car was a fantastic ride, really clean , great gas mileage and even Jon even provided umbrellas just in case it rained.
