Get in your new car and go! Pick up and Drop off 24/7/365. Centrally located in Austin, TX No need to make after hours calls - your car is always ready for pickup. The Buick Cascada is very underestimated as far as the convertible car market goes. This car has all of the modern technology that can be put in a car. It has so many safety features, that this survey would be taken up by them all. The car has a comfortable interior yet, a very sporty responsive steering and ride control. The body style is sleek and functional. The 20 inch two tone wheels add a nice appeal to the car. All in all, the car is a very good value for the money. You will pay a lot more for any other luxury fully loaded convertible. As a reminder, this is a convertible - it's backseat and trunk are smaller - Please keep in mind if traveling with large luggage. We love our vehicles and hope you will too! Please treat with the same care we provide when preparing for your trip. - NO Smoking or Pets - Premium Fuel only 91+ Octane Rating, include pic of receipt when returning vehicle - Return car in original clean condition - $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke or food smells, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Your vehicle will be ready for pickup cleaned with a full tank of gas. If vehicle is returned with less than full tank of gas, we will refuel it and charge you $4/Gallon, charged directly to your reservation on Turo. This does not apply if you opt in for Prepaid fueling. The vehicle must be returned clean just as you received it. If you don't have time or the chance to clean, please let us know and we can have it detailed for only $20. The cleaning fee of $20 can be paid at the end of your reservation or we can charge it via your Turo account. This does not apply if you have prepaid for cleaning or if the car is brought back an acceptable condition from normal use. The cleaning fee does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. We understand that dirt may stick to this car, it may rain or other normal daily driving conditions can cause the car to be "dirty". We will not charge you for any normal cleaning.

  • How early/late can I get the vehicle?

    Your vehicle is available at the pickup location 24/7/365. No need to make after hours phone calls multiple times to try and get ahold of somebody. Your car is always ready when you need it.

  • What if there is damage to the vehicle or I get into an accident?

    Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.

  • Need to pick up the car early?

    Simply log into the app and change your pickup time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time on your reservation. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. (TURO does not allow us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.)

  • Returning the car late?

    Please extend your trip through the app before your trip ends to be covered with insurance. As per TURO regulations, any late returns will result to a fee of up to $200.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car?

    Only the primary driver who reserved the vehicle is insured to drive the vehicle and must be the person picking up the car. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply scroll down on the main page of your reservation and press "add a driver". Failure to do this will cause insurance to be voided, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.

  • How does the convertible top work?

    1. Locate chrome lever in center console 2. Pull/Push lever holding down until process complete. 3. Acknowledge chime (beep sound) if top isn't fully up/down, the system will notify you. *Note: Please ensure the trunk's 'cabin' is down and not pushed in. You can push in the cabin for more trunk space but must be down for the top to come down. The car will also remind you.
