Is there on-site parking?

How does the portable charger work?
The included charger will use up to 250V 50Amp service. This is the equivalent of 12,500 kilowatts per hour (up to a full charge within 6.5 hours). The portable charger is located in the floor of the trunk. There are two adapters included, one is a 4-prong electric dryer plug, and a normal house plug. The house plug will charge the car from 0% to 100% in approximately 34 hours and is not recommended for use.
The car seems to be charging slowly or wont charge to 100%, what gives?
The car maybe set to charge at a lower amperage, when the car is turned off a message on screen will give you an option to set the charging plan. If you are at a public charger turn the charging limit to unlimited. Check that the car is set to charge to 100%
Is there another location I can pick the car up from?
Yes, we can drop the car at my office located at 7801 N. Lamar BLVD, Austin TX 78752. Please note, if you instant book I am unable to accommodate a drop-off at this location without previous arrangements. We do this as a no-cost courtesy.
Will the car have a full charge at pickup?
The car will generally have at least 80% or greater charge, we try to keep it topped off at 100% as best we can.
Where do I charge?
There are many publicly available Level 2 charging locations. To locate one quickly, select the map function on the BMW i4's iDrive system and select the charging icon, you will be presented with available options near you. DC fast charging locations will typically charge the i4 from 10% to 80% in 20-30 minutes. If you are at a fast charging location and are not getting a fast charge, try a different charger if available. The i4 will use up to 220kwh charging in optimal conditions.
I rented with airport delivery, where the car be located?
The car is generally parked in the Red Garage, Level 1, Row S. If you are leaving the baggage claim it is the garage directly across the road, as you enter the garage go to the far right.
Are tolls included?
No, but the car is equipped with a transponder. Use tolls tolls as needed and we'll bill you later.
