You must give us prior notice if you are taking the vehicle out of state. Please read Turo's policy for switching vehicles and adjusting trips. We will do everything we can if your plans change, but Turo has specific rules and guidelines. For the safety of our guests, our team, and our community, please do not book this vehicle if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with any individuals who are ill. Thank you! If anything happens with your vehicle during the trip please contact me immediately I will do whatever I need to do to help you out. Please contact me immediately of any accident or damage, I have the resources to solve minor issues. If you exceed the mileage there is an additional charge per Turo policy. Please let me know if you have any questions or how we can improve once your trip is over. NO SMOKING of any kind. A charge of upwards of $100 if we have to get rid of the smoke smell. Smoke of any kind. NO PETS inside the vehicle is a charges upwards of $100 if we have to get rid of dog hair. If you want to have a pet in the vehicle please contact me for pricing. Services animals are exempt but please let us know ahead of time. Receipts for toll will be invoiced once received. ANY TOWING FEE IS NOT COVERED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING VIOLATION INCURRED BY YOU AND ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH IT. This car uses premium gas, I require you to take a picture of the receipt when you fill the gas up and upload it to the trip photos as proof, failure to do so might result in extra charges, wrong gas type can seriously damage the engine, thank you in advance. Please thoroughly clean the car before returning. Cleaning charges start at $25 and go up depending on the severity.
