Good communication and smooth process.

Adiy's communication is very good. We rented the Prius for a month long family trip and it proved to be very reliable. There were some neglected maintenance items that I wish had been taken care of ahead of time so we did not have to: 1) oil change needed less than 400 miles into our trip 2) headlights so cloudy that I needed to have them 'restored' so that I could drive safely at night 3) wiper blades replaced 4) replaced fuse for cigarette lighter. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the above items. If I receive it, I will try to update this review. One more thing that is worth noting is that the alignment pulls slightly to the right. It's not bad, but annoying on a long road trip. Adiy was quick to communicate, and very flexible with pickup and drop off schedule when we had last minute changes. I wish I could give this review more stores, because Adiy's flexibility really made me happy...but still waiting on the reimbursement for maintenance that should have been done by owner.

Adiy was super helpful and responsive. I had mistaken some instructions he had given and he was super helpful and patient. The car was great and worked well. Great gas mileage. A great experience. Nothing but good things to say.
