Worst car even worse they will leave in you in different state they will not fly you home or give you a replacement car. So be ready for that if you car bakes down. This has to be the worst trip and app I ever used. They took my money and ran. They are not helping me out. I’m reaching out to the better business bureau to make a claim and try and get some cash back from a trip I took from Colorado to Chicago. They left me stranded no way home no answer or help just grab my money and ran
I got the car back today. And just like I told you, the 12v battery was low! All I had to do was jump the battery and drive the car to let the battery charge. The car is running fine with no issues whatsoever. I just lost 17 days of revenue because of your ignorance and carelessness!
There's absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle!
The car did NOT break down, you left the headlights on which killed the 12v battery, all you had to do is jump it, that's all!

Everything was great! I would say if you’re wanting to use the electric side more, to let him know that you are so it’ll be fully charged. It was less than half way charged. It was fine with me as I was driving a little ways so gas was more ideal. The gas mileage is also great. I’ll definitely rent again.

The car drove wonderful and was extremely excellent on gas mileage! A yellow sign came on after the car didn’t run on battery but I was able to use gas! I’m a new user to hybrid cars and I must say it was the best car ever! The screen was a bit fuzzy here and there but I wold rent this car again and price was reasonable
