I send very detailed instructions and DO NOT charge parking fees. Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time -both to protect the vehicle and help future renters with specific allergies. Any pet hair found in the vehicle will incur additional fees. NO OFF-ROAD ADVENTURES ALLOWED. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED.
