FREE Pickup at OFF Site Airport Parking lot. [Delivery is to the same parking lot.] ------Pickup & RETURN AT DEN FINE AIRPORT PARKING ------ The car will be made available at the brand new, state-of-the-art facility, FINE Airport Parking, just 7-8 minutes from the airport with shuttles running constantly. To catch the shuttle from the airport, go to LEVEL 5 (the same level as baggage claim) and proceed out to ISLAND 5. Look for a yellow and black FINE Airport Parking Shuttle near the Off Airport Parking area. If you don't see one, hang out for a few minutes and a shuttle will pull up shortly. The shuttles do run 24/7. When you get on the shuttle, let the driver know you're picking up a Turo car and they'll take you right to it. To return the car just bring it back to the FINE Airport Parking facility and the attendant up front will point you in the right direction to park. As soon as you're ready to go, a shuttle will take you from your car right up to the airport terminal with little to no wait. NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE RENTAL START AND END TIMES ARE EXACT. YOUR INSURANCE IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL THE RENTAL STARTS, AND ENDS THE MOMENT YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE. Any found pet hair or dander may incur a cleaning fee. ----- TOLLS & TAXES ----- ***please note that all required taxes for rentals originating in Denver will be added after your trip. This will be sent to you in a reimbursement request after the rental is concluded within 30 days. Current tax rate is 7.25%*** TOLLS: Can be a little confusing here, but the good news is 1) You probably won’t need to use them, and 2) They are all automated without booths. The car has a transponder mounted on the windshield, which has an HOV mode (free) on some roads, when there are 2+ people in the car (3+ beginning Jan 2017). Picking up the car and check-in was simple and convenient! I was underwhelmed with the car in-person after seeing the pictures, especially when I noticed a hubcap missing. The car itself drove well. It persisted through moderate snow and heavy wind, accelerated quickly, and had decent gas mileage (cheap to fill-up too!). I was nervous driving this car at night on the highway (city driving was fine); the lights were not very bright, but that may have been from the snow and salt, too. Chris did not respond to either of my messages; instead, I received what appeared to be automated responses closer to check-out. Some other reviewers made this note. Dropping off the car was slightly more confusing, as I had to take the car to the valet area and then park it in the Turo spots myself. If you're planning on driving frequently, I would pick a different car or even a car rental company for safety, liability and mileage reasons. This car is better suited for short trips.

The FINE parking made it super easy for pick up and return. But there was no snow/ice scraper and it snowed the morning I had to drive to a big interview so that was a bit difficult.
