Does gas need to be refilled?
The car will always come with a full tank of gas. Per Turo policy, travelers are responsible to return the car at the same gas level the car was picked up at as well as with the correct gas grade specified per car.
Does the car have to be returned clean?
The car will be presented clean, please make sure to return the car in the same condition. Anything that requires more than a light cleaning or vacuuming will result in additional charges.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed due to pet allergies.
What if I get a ticket or run a red light?
You are responsible to pay the ticket and/or any additional penalties and fees at your own expense. You will be notified when the ticket is received.
Does the car include a toll pass?
The car does not come with a toll pass. However, you will be responsible for the Toll bill and any fees that apply if you do decide to take toll roads.
