Description

This car is geared for the budget minded renter. Small car for those hard to park spots in Seattle. Excellent gas mileage and updated safety features. Great weight to horse power and torque means this car gets up and goes. Features: USB connect audio Hill Assist Side, Front Airbags Power Windows A/C with climate control Bluetooth Key FOB Unlock/Lock remote Rear Wheel Drive Apple Car Play/Android Please be mindful with the car. Any additional scratches, curb rash or returning the car dirty (beyond normal use) will result in a cleaning fee or claim. I keep my cars very clean and expect good care of them when they are rented out. You will always get a full tank of gas, washed and vacuumed car (unless otherwise noted due to immediate rental turn around). No pets and no smoking in the car. ADA Service Animals allowed, but renter still 100% responsible for any damages caused by animal. Please be careful when eating and drinking in car as well. Spills will induce a cleaning fee. Do not loose Key FOB. Renter completely responsible for replacement costs of key and programming costs. Chevy typically charges $350 per key and additional $100 to program it. Call owner or text for lock outs. Renter may be responsible for lock out fee. If taking the car to Canada please inform owner before trip as per Turo policy. Insurance must be purchased through Turo for international rentals.

No smoking. Includes recreational marijuana smoking or transport within vehicle due to the odor. No pets, excludes ADA Service Animals, but does include Emotional Support Animals who are not trained to do a specific task under ADA. Please note, ANY damage to car from service animals will still be charged to owner and is owner responsibility.

  • Can I pick up the car early?

    All renters must request changes to trips through Turo. Cars cannot be released to renter unless that time is covered under Turo's Insurance policy. I will strive to approve changes, but due to other rental requests, work or my own schedule this may not be available.

  • Where can I park my car while I borrow your's?

    You can park your car in the guest spot across from the driveway so long as the rental is 72 hours of less. The guest spot is first come first served. The road is PRIVATE and street parking is not allowed regardless if you see cars doing so. Longer rentals can park on the city street. Absolutely NOT responsible for any damage, theft, tow or vandalism to cars left during rental.

  • I left my stuff in the car, how can I get it back?

    Due to the amount of renters that seem to forget personal items I wanted to reiterate that items left in the car are the renter's responsibility. The car gets rented often so items left may be taken by the next renter which is not my issue or responsibility. I do my best to clean and inspect the car between trips, but sometime things tucked into nooks, cubbies and pockets are not found. Please notify me ASAP if you think you left something. I will do my best to notify renters of items I find after rental. Return of Items: I can send your stuff via USPS, FedEx or UPS if renter covers cost of shipment. Insurance of items can be paid for if renters chooses to do so. I will hold items for local renters and try to get it to them by dropping off or having renters stop by place of rental for pick up. Not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items while they are in my care. I limit my responsibility of return to 60 days post rental.

  • Can I get the car at odd hours?

    Yes! You can pick the car up anytime in accordance with your reservation. I can do remote pick up and drop off. Please provide at a minimum 24 hours advance a photo of the primary driver's license. It must comply with Turo's ID policy. Upload to trip photos front and back of license. Also, one of it by your face. Once confirmed, keys will be left in the lock box for guest to pick up. Photos of the car will be uploaded prior.

  • I am afraid of SARS-CoV-2/COVID 19, is your car "clean"?

    When you get a car from me I strive to do my best to clean it and have it ready for you. This means I vacuum the car, wipe down with cleaning/disinfectant solution all touchable areas and flat surfaces that are high use. Examples: Steering wheel, shift lever, inner door handles, radio, etc. Areas that may not be wiped down are inner wind screen and rear wind screen if there is no marks on them, panels in the trunk, fabric, outer handles, etc. Some minor loose dirt/plant material may be on the floor mats, but I do my best when vacuuming. Please take photos to ensure you document condition. I also work in health care and update via CDC and NIH best information on SARS-CoV-2 and how to protect one from it and adjust cleaning as needed.

Heather provided an amenable and wonderful car rental experience, as I needed a car for a week-long visit to Oregon and was pleasantly surprised by this 2019 Chevrolet Spark and how well it handled the roads and terrain. It goes without saying that I would be more than happy to rent from Heather again, and I highly recommend her here!
