Hi Marcus, The starter was malfunctioning and has been fixed. There was no way to know the starter would malfunction for you, these things sometimes happen. As a resolution I was available for you when you called and approved your decision to switch cars ASAP. I did my best with the provided situation. While I do understand your response I don't believe a 1 star review is reasonable since this was an unforseen issue I couldn't control. Either way I apologize for your negative experience.
