Overall, a terrible and disappointing experience for the first time in Atlanta. It is unfortunate. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because of his car. His car was clean and the drive was smooth. However, the customer service was terrible overall. When I got the car, customer service was good. Nassar was welcoming. The car was in the parking garage, which I didn't know until he told me. He told me that I had to hurry since there was 10 minutes before the parking garage charged me. So, I was about to exit and found out that I was charged 6 dollars. So, I called Nassar about and told me what I wanted to do with that. I told him to reimburse me for this unnecessary expense that I had no idea about. He told me that he would pay me on Sunday and not to bother him since he has drop his kids off for school in the morning. To this day, I haven't been reimbursed and he will probably not reimburse me due to what happened today. To be fair, I did play a role in what happened today by being late and not responding to his calls, but I did tell him that my phone was acting up and made some wrong turns. His customer service was awful in this situation. No sympathy or compassion in this situation. Also, I was running late for my flight. I went to the wrong airport terminal and told me the right terminal. When he was calling me, I was driving to get there as soon as possible to the right terminal so I wasn't able to pick up his calls. He kept telling me to hurry up and that he had other people to cater to and that his time is money. After that, I knew that he didn't care about the safety of me and his car. I don't know if he realizes his money depends on the safe arrival of me and his car. I understand why he was frustrated and angry due to what happened, but his terrible customer service didn't make the situation better. If you want a good car, Nassar provides the right car for you. I recommend his car so that we can help his family out. I wish just wish his customer service was more professional and excellent because he has a great potential to become a good Turo host.
