NO SMOKING of any kind allowed. $200 smoking fee will be charged. NO PETS of any kind or size. A $75 pet fee $50 Cleaning Fee if vehicle is brought back unreasonably dirty. DRIVING / SPEEDING There is a tracker on the vehicle that tracks speed and location. If excessive speeding is done a warning message will be sent. If continued the trip will be ended with no refund. CHARGING It is an electric vehicle that needs to be charged to drive. Allowing the vehicle to run out of charge is equivalent to allowing a gas car to run out of gas. As a convenience you will be able to access supercharges without providing payment information. Upon trip completion charging fees will be submitted for payment. If the vehicle is not charged and runs out of charge fees related to starting the vehicle back up will be charged.(Tow, Jumpbox, damage to the battery, convenience fee and charge) If there will be additional drivers other than the renter we must be notified. Vehicle must come back in the same condition (outside, inside) in which it left. Unauthorized Driver Fee: If there will be additional drivers each driver license must be provided before renting or a fee will be assessed and or trip terminated.
