A $250 recovery fee will be assessed in any instance of smoking. Our vehicle is exceedingly clean, incredibly smooth, quiet, and quick with a panoramic glass roof and tons of storage space in the trunk and frunk (front trunk because there’s no engine) making it the perfect vehicle for a business trip or a vacation getaway. This car is pretty much fully loaded - an unforgettable driving experience. It even has the Premium Connectivity upgrade so you can enjoy your Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and Disney+ accounts. We want you to feel completely comfortable asking any questions you may have about this vehicle. At 271 horsepower, this is a really fun car, but it might not be for everyone. If you’re not familiar with charging electric vehicles, we strongly recommend some research, and planing for your drives… especially if you’re taking longer trips. There are websites and planners that help you find charging stations. The last thing we want is for you to run out of battery. You will get about 200 miles on a nearly-full charge, but that’s dependent upon several factors such as how you operate the car, the weather conditions (cold weather can drain the battery much like a cell phone), the apps / features that are being used within the car, etc. You’ll get approximately 140 city / 124 highway MPGe. If you use Tesla Supercharger stations during your trip, we will simply send you an invoice at the end of your trip. As for returning the vehicle, if you choose our worry-free Prepaid EV Recharge “Extra”, you don’t have to return the vehicle with a full charge - we just ask that it has at least 10 miles worth of charge remaining. In addition to Tesla charging stations, the vehicle comes with an adapter that will fit any J1772 charging station. It also comes with a cable that will plug into a standard 3-prong household outlet, but if you plan to use a household outlet please know that it will charge super, super slowly, and would take almost a full day to fully charge. That is why it’s important to plan ahead. If you’re staying in town, there are plenty of charging stations to choose from, and plan for. Some things to consider about this Tesla Model 3: It sits fairly low to the ground, requiring you to be aware of areas where you might “bottom out”, or scrape the bottom of the front fender, like when pulling out onto a street from a steep driveway. Also, some people not familiar with driving a Model 3 have trouble gauging the distance from the wheels to the curb. So, you’ll also want to be extra careful at first when making tight turns, or when parking alongside a curb. You’ll want to be sure you don’t get “curb rash” by brushing up alongside a curb or sidewalk. Important Notes: We don’t currently do pick-ups or deliveries, so all trips must start and end at our easy-to-find, midtown location beside Piedmont Park. This vehicle will be disinfected prior to your pick-up to ensure your car will be clean and safe.
