How to extend my trip?
As soon as you know you need an extension, please go to Trip Details > SELECT change trip> ENTER new return DATE/TIME. I will receive a request for approval and do my best to accommodate. Please note that your extension is not final until it has been approved, and you have received a notification.
How Do I charge a Tesla?
Great Question! To get started, simply locate the Supercharger you wish to use, either via the in-car infotainment system, using the Tesla app or visually – they're pretty easy to spot at most roadside locations. Once located, all you need to do is park next to an available Supercharger unit and plug in. If all is well a green light on your Tesla charging port will start flashing, indicating the process is underway.
How Do I turn my car On/Off?
You can start your Tesla by pressing on the brake pedal and putting into gear. In Model 3, if you are not using your phone key, place your key card on the console and put the car into gear. You can turn off your Tesla by putting the car in park, exiting the car and closing the door behind you, or on your touchscreen through Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off.
Where do I return my vehicle?
Please RETURN the vehicle to the same pick-up location.
