Smooth running, 2017 Nissan Versa. This car has USB, great trunk space and is a nice size sedan with up to 5 seats. Great car with great gas mileage, and a good car to get around the city in. Reliable, comfortable, and definitely dependable. Please message me with any questions or concerns. it is so important for us to get a 5 star rating from you if there is any reason why you wouldn't want to please contact us first to allow us to make it right! *****IMPORTANT NOTES***** If you are traveling into the airport please ensure you pick Airport Location. There is an additional small fee that covers the airport parking and baggage claim transportation. Please upload a photo of your license to trip photos (under trip details) after trip is booked for verification purposes. No smoking or pets allowed, must return the car in the same condition as provided. Willing to try and accommodate with any concerns or special requests. Please respect the vehicle and be responsible. If the car has any issues, please let me know and I will address it. The car does have an insurance and emergency roadside assistance plug into the ODB2. Please keep that plugged in, otherwise you may not be able to get roadside assistance if needed. Airport pickup Instructions 24 hours before TRIP START: Upload to TRIP PHOTOS (under TRIP DETAILS) - (1) driver’s license and (2) license and face in a selfie. (3) A photo of your insurance card, otherwise let us know if you picked one of Turo’s insurance policies. WHEN STARTING TRIP: Send a text to 404-855-1106 when on the way to pick up the car. List your name and the vehicle color/make/model. 1) When you land please call (404) 763-3185 and press 0 and ask for a shuttle to baggage claim. If you would like to drive directly to the Park and Fly lot you can at 3950 Conley St, Atlanta, GA 30337. 2) Go to NORTH Terminal baggage claim and follow the sign with an arrow down that says “LN1”. Follow the walkway outside and left to the courtesy shuttles. Look for the park and fly shuttle. If you have issues call (404) 763-3185 and press 0. 3) Tell the shuttle driver you are a parked at the front of row 7 near spot 7-15 to 7-30. Open the lockbox with the code provided - (How to open and close the lock box https://youtu.be/yS1vNJDEj7g). Drive to the cashier at the exit give them the parking ticket (if it is lost tell them it is a Turo car and charge 1 day). Pay by scanning the frequent parking card in TRIP PHOTOS. Dispose of old tickets once you leave. 4) Upload photos of the exterior, interior and odometer showing full car mileage for full Turo check in. If you see any damage please take a picture and upload to trip photos and notify us. Helpful YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL1cSNbJCcY&feature=youtu.be Emergency Roadside: Call Bouncie Roadside Assistance at 877-874-3944 (free for you) and they will help with flat tire, lockout, gas empty, and dead battery (tell them the VIN number on the windshield and your location). If a bigger issue, call Turo Insurance at 1-415-965-4525. Please let me know if you do have issues! **IF ANOTHER DRIVER HITS YOU** - Get their name, phone number, picture of their license, picture of their insurance and police report. Send a message with that information as well as the time and place of the incident and what happened. Also let me know if the car is drivable. If you ever need immediate assistance during your trip please call 404-855-1106. If that number does not answer and it is an emergency call 404-915-1970 (ben) or 404-926-6687 (Jon) as a backup. Rental Return Instructions 1) Fill up the gas tank to where you got it with regular gas. 2) Remove all trash. Use the trunk bag supplies to vacuum and wipe. Spray odor remover. 3) Drive to Park N Fly 3950 Conley St, Atlanta, GA 30337 and take a ticket (LEAVE TICKET IN CAR CUP HOLDER). 4) Drive into free 3 minute car wash. After car wash, go to the FRONT of row 7/8 and park near spot 7-20, LEAVE THE PARKING TICKET IN THE CAR and take a picture of the parking spot number. 5) Upload photos of the parking ticket, odometer, all 4 sides of the vehicle and the interior - ODOMETER MUST SHOW THE TOTAL CAR MILEAGE and gas gauge. 6) Leave the keys in the lock box and roll it up the DRIVER WINDOW, enter the same code you used to open it to close it (How to open and close the lock box https://youtu.be/yS1vNJDEj7g). You MUST ensure it locks and is rolled up onto the driver window. When locking use the middle bottom reset button to clear the code, and re-enter before shutting. 7) Check out on the app and please leave 5 star review or contact me to address issues BEFORE you leave something other than 5 stars. **Being late more than 30 minutes will incur late charges. Please notify me if running late and change the end time in trip details if trip has not ended yet** If you ever need immediate assistance during your trip please call 404-855-1106.
