Please ensure you have your driver's license on hand. If you wish to have any **additional drivers**, it’s essential to add them to your reservation. This is mandatory for proper insurance coverage but comes at no extra cost. Failure to add secondary drivers may result in a violation of insurance policies. --- ### DRIVER INSPECTION Upon your arrival, we ask that you thoroughly **inspect the vehicle**. Please take clear photos documenting its **interior and exterior condition**. This ensures a mutual understanding of the vehicle’s state at the beginning of your rental. --- ### RESERVATION EXTENSION AND CHANGES Should you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please **contact us immediately**. If you decide to extend your trip or alter its duration, use the “Request to Change Trip” feature on Turo as soon as possible. We will strive to meet your needs and ensure vehicle availability. --- ### LATE RETURNS To avoid incurring additional fees, please return the vehicle at the **scheduled time**. A **late return** of just one hour or more (without prior approval) will result in a charge equivalent to an additional day’s rental. We appreciate your understanding. --- ### NO SMOKING POLICY All vehicles listed on Turo are strictly **non-smoking**. This policy extends to guests, their passengers, and the vehicle hosts. Before entering the car, please ensure you are free of any tobacco odors from clothing. If this policy is violated, guests will incur a **$250 violation fee** and may face removal from the Turo platform. --- ### NO PET POLICY To maintain the cleanliness and condition of our vehicles, **pets are not permitted** inside any rental. A violation of this policy will lead to a fee of **$150** and could result in removal from Turo. --- ### FUEL All vehicles are provided with a **full tank of fuel** at the time of pick-up. If you anticipate being unable to refuel the vehicle before returning it, we recommend opting for our **Prepaid Refuel option** prior to your trip. This helps prevent any unexpected additional charges. --- ### CLEANLINESS We ensure each vehicle is thoroughly **cleaned and sanitized** before and after each rental. We ask that you return the vehicle in the **same clean condition** you received it. If the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory state, a **$150 Turo violation fee** will be applied. Please do your best to keep the car as clean as possible during your rental. --- ### MILEAGE Please be aware of the **mileage limits** specified on Turo for your trip. The "Total miles included" indicates the maximum distance you may drive without incurring extra charges. Familiarizing yourself with this limit is essential for an enjoyable rental experience. --- ### WHEEL REPAIR POLICY We take pride in maintaining our vehicles, including the **wheels**, which are all in excellent condition. If any damage, such as curb rash, scratches, scuffs, or scrapes less than 3 inches in length, is discovered, a flat repair fee of **$250 per wheel** will be applied. For damages exceeding 3 inches or those deemed unrepairable, we will seek compensation for full wheel replacement costs. --- ### UNAUTHORIZED USE The vehicle is strictly **not to be used** by any unauthorized or unregistered drivers. Additionally, it is prohibited to use the vehicle for ridesharing or delivery services such as **Uber, Lyft, or Postmates**.
