I’m giving three stars because they were kind, not because of the actual experience I had, experience would get 1 star. I actually hate writing mediocre reviews however I just feel in order to improve you must know where your fault is. Pro’s: They are good communicators! Any time I reached out about anything, they responded in a timely manner and were kind throughout. Cons: okay, so when I picked up the car it was about a 15 minutes delay which was fine, however the car smelled like cigarettes, there was a sticker mark ( like the ones the have on the car when it gets impounded then you get it back and take that big as sticker off the side) that one, on the drivers window. When he handed me the keys he said “ it just came from a trip” I was perplexed because why would you post it’s availability on turo without having the opportunity to clean it. But I went along because I really needed it to get around for work and we were already present. As soon as I drove off, I wasn’t even 0.9 miles down the road, the tire pressure light came on, the “ service car “ light came on , the “ oil change “ light came on, it was just a hot mess. I called immediately and let them know, they told me to go to the gas station and put air in the tire, I did and the tire pressure light went off for three hours then came right back on. It was so embarrassing and so inconvenient , I was getting air in the tire like 3 times a day.

Hi Paige, sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience. The car was thoroughly vacuumed and sanitized before handing it to you. We had remnants of a sticker on driver side glass which I explained we did not have time to completely remove as it just came from a trip and our goal was to ensure you didn’t miss your trip so we cleaned it, sanitized it and got it ready for you. The service lights were due to it not being reset and that’s on us. The tire again we had no clue but that’s no excuse.
