We offer 24-hour pick-up and drop-off at our location in Buckhead Atlanta. We are very flexible with extensions, request your extension through the Turo app and we will approve it if the car is available. We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow all Turo policies and procedures. Please use the car as if it were your own—do not race it, hard brake, speed, rev the engine at or near its limits or other engage in other activities that might damage the vehicle. Return the vehicle with the gas at the same level as when your rental started. If you don’t refill the tank, we will purchase the gas and charge the amount through Turo. Return the vehicle at or before the time on your reservation. Late returns will be charged according to Turo policies. Do not smoke in the vehicle. We will charge a minimum of $150 for cleaning the vehicle if we determine that either circumstance has occurred. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. Never leave the vehicle unattended with keys inside or unattended while running. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box.

William was great! The car had a lot of minor dings and scratches that were very visible in person (not so much on pictures) which was unfortunate, but otherwise had a great experience!

The car was super nice. The host was super nice. Pickup and drop off were super easy! The problem I had was with the car cleanliness. When I opened the door the car smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. I found a lighter inside and the car was not that clean. I returned the car early because I couldn’t take the smell anymore. I think this is an isolated incident. other than that, Everything else was super nice. Maybe one day I’ll rent again and I’ll have a better experience!

Check engine light was on. Car was not ready for rental at agreed time. Host was late on getting car prepped for rental. Car had a lot of minor body damage. Inside of car contained items that belong to host including a cell phone charger and a bottle of pinesol. Entire process was disappointing and will not be renting again.

William's response

Engine light was not on. It was the Maintence light which comes on every 5,000 miles in the car. The car was serviced if you look at trip photos before the trip started the miles was less then the maintenance sticker on the windshield. Goodyear forgot to reset the light. Car was ready at time of trip but we let you know before hand it might be 30 minutes late getting it ready because we made a mistake and didn’t see the booked trip but we had the ready on time and cleaned. Thanks:)
