The vehicle will be located in the street parking area at the front of the home located at 582 Formwalt St SW, Atlanta, 30312. There is also a BRIGHT BLUE HOUSE across the street where the car is parked nearby. When returning the vehicle DO NOT block driveways, follow all street signs and traffic laws, and park on the correct side of the street. Violators will be charge all associated fines, tickets, boot charges, and/or towing fees associated with those violations should they occur. Rental of this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such.
Guidelines
-If it is believed the driver of the vehicle, renter, and/or passengers of the vehicle has COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during or immediately prior to rental of the vehicle, they shall make the owner aware immediately via Turo inbox. Refunds and partial reimbursement decisions will be made on a case by case scenario. Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -No smoking (or smoke odors lingering in the vehicle), no eating/drinking (other than water) in vehicle ($500 fine). Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -No animals in vehicle (Up to $500 fine). Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -No unauthorized drivers, no illegal items in the vehicle or associated with the vehicle, no driving under the influence of anything that would impair the driver, no racing, no aggressive driving. (This may result in fines up to $500 as well as mandatory return of the vehicle by the renter with no reimbursement of reservation cost and fees, regardless of additional time remaining on the reservation.) Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -If penalties or fees are accrued by the renter or renter's guests, they shall be paid within 24 hours of identification of the issue/s. Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -Should an accident, damage, mishap, and/or theft occur to the vehicle, the renter shall be responsible to pay all fees associated with accident or damage, to include, but not limited to repairs fees, deductibles, lawyer fees, tickets, and the like. Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such. -The renter, renter's guests, associates of the renter, or anyone else associated with the renter shall not sue the car owner, car host, Jaymes, Teena, any companies/businesses associated with the vehicle, or anyone else associated with the vehicle. Is the car an automatic or manual?
The car is an automatic. It is NOT a stick shift.
Can anyone outside the renter drive the vehicle?
No, not under any circumstance.
Is smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking (other than water) allowed in the vehicle?
No. Additional charges will be applied to the renter if there is evidence of smoking or if the renter is a heavy smoker and the smoke smells linger in the car. This will carry a $500 fee to be paid by the renter. Additional cleaning fees shall be paid should there be evidence of eating or drinking (other than water) in the vehicle as well.
Can I remove the roof on the vehicle?
No. Under no circumstance can the roof be removed.

Man, this is absolutely the best experience I have ever had renting a car ever. The car itself was amazing, the car was so comfortable and fun to drive. Most importantly, it looks so badass. However, what surprises me most is the owner of the car, he is the greatest guy in the world. You can tell right off the get-go that he’s a great guy by just talking to him and his customer service is top notch. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the service, to the car, and everything else related. I am definitely getting service from this owner again, most definitely. Highly recommended. I had a great experience with the trip I took, in this beautiful car. It was clean, full tank of gas and ready to go when I arrived. Mr Vaughn’s customer service was impeccable. He was very professional and was available for any questions I had throughout my trip. He wasn’t hard to contact and I will definitely be using his services again. If you are planning a trip I would definitely recommend using one of Mr Vaughn’s vehicles it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
