Mileage is verified by photos before and after the trip. 😞LATE RETURN⏰ Please return the vehicle at the scheduled return time on your booking (I ONLY ALLOW 30 MINUTES for grace periods) anything over 30 minutes late will incur late return fees per TURO policy. Please notify me of your estimated time of arrival 1 hour before you intend to return the vehicle to expedite the return process. 💦CLEANING🦠 Please return my vehicles clean as the same condition as provided. PLEASE be kind to the next traveler...return the car clean and tidy, this will be very appreciated by the next renter and my reviews! If cars come back dirty with LEAVES, MUD, TRASH, you will be charged $50-$150 (depending on severity) for cleaning fee (I will send photos before and after for evidence). You can take car to Mister Carwash where I have and unlimted wash membership. Here they will clean the inside and out of vehicle at no charge to you. ⛽️FUEL Please provided a receipt showing that gas was purchased within a 5 miles radius of the return location to avoid any extra fees for refueling. $10 convenience fee plus the price of fill-up gas will add to your payment when you check out. Please take a photo of the receipt and add to trip photos. 🚬SMOKING AND PETS🐕 A $150 charge will be reimbursement fee will be requested if evidence of pets ans $250 fee for cigarette ashes, cigarette butts, smoking odor or any smoking evidence at the time of check out (PLEASE NOTE: It doesn't matter if you are not the one who smokes inside the car, as long as there are evidence of smoking activity inside the vehicle, smoking fee will be applied automatically per Turo policy. Also please do not try to mask the odor with air fresheners or other fragrances. 🚦TOLL FEE and TICKET If you receive any Tickets please make sure to pay for it to avoid any extra fee when they mail it to me after your trip has ended. I will request reimbursement thru TURO up to 90 days from the day you return my car if any tolls/fees/fines are incurred. 🚓ACCIDENTS Please notify me at once of any damage or accident during your trip to avoid any extra fee after your trip has ended. ⚖️⚖️ 📸Take as many photos as you can when you CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT to document the condition of the vehicle for your reservation. -Absolutely no racing, reckless driving or peeling out. The car comes with a factory built-in GPS for me to track its location, average speed, and daily route. -Regular Gas only -Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each wheel will be photographed before/after, each rim with new curb rash will incur a $250 fee per rim. *Off Roading not recommended will occur additional charges *Do not lose or damage keys! $400 replacement for lost or damaged keys
