Bad customer service

Not sure what I have bad customer services when you damaged the car. I hope the next host see this post. My car had a broken back window, he drove into a pot hole. Damn the wheel and tire of my car. And because I didn’t answer him at 4am in the morning. I have bad customer service. My business does not open till 8am. I am not a 24/7 rental business.

The pick up and drop off process went great. Easy to locate and transfer. The vehicle interior needs to be cleaned and the tires will soon need changing, but the drive was smooth. And the car has much more space than I thought it would. Thank you Kammal K. for making my first Turo rental easy.
