The car drives great but needs some love and care

I had booked Merc GLC 300. After landing in Atlanta I was told the car had a breakdown and I could choose to pick up either Audi A5 or another car he had. I reluctantly opted for Audi A5 because I had no choice to look for another car after landing. After the first drive, I reported that the car was unstable, shaky and made a grinding noise like those by cupped tires. I was told those were low grade tires and so it doesn’t sit well on the road and does not handle friction well. The wiper blades were ripped as well. I was told the wiper blades will be shipped to him that same week. Last night as I was driving back to the hotel, the car suddenly turned really wobbly and dragged to the side, I had to stop on the highway at the next exit to find out that rear passenger side tire had ripped off. The owner asked me to call Turo Helpline. I sat in the car for 2 hours before help arrived while the highway was busy with heavy traffic and big trucks. It literally risked my life. When I asked for refund for such an experience and for waste of my time, I was told that the repairs were very expensive and that I will have to pay for it if he reported it to Turo. I don’t know why I would pay for basic repairs and bad tires when I expect to get a decent car to drive when I pay a premium for it. I want my refund for this.
Thanks for your review Pravin. It seems the damage to the tire based on the repair diagnostics was due to negligence on your part. It seems the tire was punctured at a certain point, and you continued to drive on them even with the tire pressure light illuminated. After complains of the car being rough on the rode, I offered you to swap back to the original car you rented that was then fixed, and I never got a response. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t enjoy your experience.

I had to drop the car off 45 min from where I took delivery. When taking delivery I received the wrong info on where the car was at!!!
