Where do we meet at IAD ?
If arriving/departing at IAD - please share your flight information and if you are checking baggage to better coordinate pickup & drop off logistics. We will typically meet at the ride share app area just outside of the main terminal and baggage claim.
Can I use the HOV mode on the toll pass?
Some of the area tolls allow for free use only if you have 3 or more passengers in the vehicle. The toll pass has a sliding switch to turn on HOV mode. DO NOT USE THIS switch unless you have 3 or more passengers in the vehicle as violations can result in fines. Otherwise, please leave in normal mode and any regular toll charges will be invoiced to you after your rental period.
What if I get an Airtag alert, what does this mean?
The vehicle has an Airtag installed in order to help assist with asset tracking and coordinating logistics. You can ignore any alerts you may receive from apple devices that may detect the Airtag. It is only used when vehicle location is required.
