Wilmer was a patient and courteous host during my first Turo trip! The car was easily accessible and clean. Absolutely no issues with the vehicle and an easy return. Will definitely be a repeat customer when in the area!

I booked the night before and the host Wilmer, was very quick to respond and was very polite. Instructions where clear and easy to follow. I wanted to give 5 starts but the remote unlock was not working so I waited until the host offered a different car instead. I would have given 4 stars if the remote unlock was the only issue but the drivers seat in the loaner car was slightly broken as well. Over all I think my issues where anomalies and Wilmer was a great host but the issues did happen to me hence my rating.

Noticed that the brakes were loose but I didn’t much trouble other than that, they were really helpful and allowed me to check in early

Convenient car, breaks worked super well (maybe too well, touching softly the breaks makes a full stop happen) car also came dirty on the outside, lots of black spots on the bottom and there’s a faint cigarette smell, but for the price and convenience close to the airport it was a great option.
