Great car, good experience. However, one issue was that Scott didn’t have a working garage card to take the car out due to delayed payments (and he wasn’t responsive the night of taking out the car), so I spent a long time with the garage security trying to explain the situation. I ultimately had to pay out of pocket for the ticket which Turo ended up reimbursing me for. All in all, good experience with the car but Scott should pay the garage card so clients don’t run into those issues again.
