Amaury was a great host. Very responsive for questions on vehicle and flexible as flights were moved back flying out. Will certainly rent from him again.

Picking it up was easy enough, USB ports didn’t work and cigarette lighter was stuck. Couldn’t charge our phones. Suspension on the car is quit back, felt every little bump! For a Mercedes I was expecting a bit more.

As a 24/7 rental vehicle,I do my best to clean the car in and out and maintain the vehicle in safe drivable conditions such as replacing damaged tires free of charge. But unfortunately there is not much protection provided for host in case of small incidents that may go unnoticed such as broken USB ports.
