THE ENT-PRZ CODE OF CONDUCT 1.-SMOKING: There is no smoking allowed in the vehicle, including ALL types of smoking - this is based on the TURO terms of service. In order to clean-up the smell of smoke, an Ozone machine is required and the cabin air filter in the vehicle will also need to be replaced. You will be charged a fee of $200 for any smoking related damages. Also, do NOT spray any fragrances, air fresheners, perfumes, colognes or other scents in the vehicle. Any evidence of traveling with illegal substances in the vehicle will result in a fine of $250. 2.-REFUELING: Only PREMIUM (93 OCTANE) gas is allowed in this vehicle. This car has a high performance engine and only premium fuel is allowed. There is a sign on the gas tank indicating this. The renter is required to keep a receipt of any gas put in the vehicle during the course of the rental as evidence that PREMIUM gas was used. 3.-CLEANING: Do NOT wash the car in a carwash that has brushes. Brushes can leave scratches and circles in the paint of the vehicle. Only contactless carwashes are allowed for the vehicle. 4.-RECKLESS DRIVING/RACING: Speeding, street racing, doing donuts, taking the car to a race track, etc. are NOT allowed. The vehicle is in great condition and these actions are not only dangerous but can damage the vehicle. THIS VEHICLE IS CONSTANTLY MONITORED and any indication of these actions will result in a minimum fee starting at $300. Do NOT rent this car and drive recklessly. If you plan on driving recklessly DO NOT book this car. 5.-TOLLS/PARKING FEES: The vehicle has an account registered with www.ntta.org and/or www.txtag.org and has a transponder in the vehicle. Any toll/fees assessed for driving in the Express/HOV lanes during the course of the rental will be charged to the renter along with the administrative fee assessed by TURO. Documentation of the charge will be uploaded to the TRIP PHOTOS as evidence of the charge. NOTE: Any parking fees, tow fees, impound fees, etc. will also be charged to the renter. 6.-TEXAS STATE LIMITS ONLY. When booking you cannot leave the state of Texas without obtaining PRIOR permission from the host. Leaving the state of Texas will result in a charge of $300/per day, being assessed to the rental and may also result in additional actions being taken by the HOST. If you plan on driving outside of the state of Texas you MUST obtain permission PRIOR to the start of the rental. I will approve all reasonable requests to leave the state of Texas, based on the distance being traveled and the agreed upon rental rate per day. 7.-TRIP FEES/ YOUNG DRIVER FEES: The Host does not have any control or influence on Trip Fees and Young Driver fees. These fees are set by TURO. 8.-ACCOUNT HOLDS: The HOST does not control how you are charged for the trip. Any questions related to billing, including any holds on your card, need to be directed to TURO. The HOST can NOT provide support as we do not have access or knowledge about how the renter is charged. 9.-DAMAGE WHILE RENTING: If you damage the vehicle while renting, please disclose to the HOST immediately. TURO is car sharing - so if you damage the vehicle, be upfront so that I can engage TURO to discuss next steps as quickly as possible. 10.-RETURNS: All returns will go to same location as pick up unless previously arranged. Contact host by text when en route to return call with an estimated time of arrival. Car will be given clean with full tank of gas. We expect the same when returned. Otherwise, there will be a fine of $10/per gallon if car isn't returned with a full tank of gas. Excessive mess may result in a fine ranging from $100-$300 depending on how dirty car is returned. Please clean up after yourself. 11.-Rim/Wheel damage. Please remember this is a lowered vehicle with low profile tires and rims that can be scratched due to improper parking against a curb. Please be cautious while driving and also parking the vehicle. Any damage to the rim/tire or bumper will result in a damage fee of $250 or more (depending on severity) to repair. 12.-EXTRAS: You are completely liable to all extras booked during your trip. If they are damaged, broken, or needs special cleaning you are responsible for those costs. Host will upload a photo or receipt to take care of situation as it applies
