Please note that by renting the vehicle, you are agreeing to the following: CHARGING LIMIT: Please DO NOT change the charging limit on the car or a $100 penalty will be incurred. The car should remain above 20% (50 miles or more) charge at all times so that the battery is not harmed. If the car falls lower than 10% of the total battery capacity (25 miles or less) an additional service fee of $100 will be incurred. TESLA IDLE FEE: If charging at a Tesla supercharging station please unplug as soon as charging is complete and move the car otherwise idle fees of $1 per minute will apply. LOW CHARGE FEE: If you return the car with less than 50% of the total charge (155 miles) a $20 service fee will be incurred. DEAD BATTERY FEE: If the car battery is fully depleted (0 miles left), the vehicle will need to be towed to the nearest charging station and a dead battery fee of $200 will be incurred plus tow charges. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle and a $150 detailing fee that goes towards cleaning the car will be incurred. NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in the vehicle and a $150 detailing fee that goes towards cleaning the car will be incurred. EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE: Please keep the car in a clean condition inside and out. If the car is returned in an excessively dirty condition, a $150 detailing fee that goes towards cleaning the car will be assessed. ONLY TOUCHLESS CARWASH: Please do not wash the exterior of the car at a traditional car wash as they cause harm to the car's paint. Only wash the car in a touchless carwash. • Do I need to or recharge the battery before returning the car?

  Yes. In order for us to provide a seamless experience to our users, we appreciate your help in returning the car with the same charge level it was provided to you with. If the car needs to be refueled, the cost of charge and a $20 service fee will be assessed. ** You can prepay for the charge in the Extras for added convenience.

• Is the car monitored?

  The vehicle has a Dash Cam which which monitors the front, sides and back of the vehicle for insurance purposes and does not record audio to avoid privacy violations. The vehicle is also monitored in real time via a tracker, while we do not monitor your GPS location, we do inform you if we get notified of excessive speeding, hard braking and hard acceleration and low fuel/charge.

• How can I recharge the Tesla Model 3?

  Recharging is very easy with Teslas: - First, locate a Tesla Supercharging Station using the onboard GPS, this will automatically precondition the car battery for faster charging. - Drive to the location, back up the car into position. - Locate the charging port on the driver side back light. You can open the port by touching the back light panel, through the car display or by clicking on the button of the charger at the station. - Plug the car, sit back and enjoy the Tesla Theater with apps like Netflix and Disney+. - Once completed charging, unplug the charger and you're ready to go! For additional convenience, a Mobile Charger is included with the car. It gives you around 3 miles of charge per hour to ensure you're never left stranded and that the car's charge doesn't fall below 10% which can damage the car's battery. ** Please note that idle fees are assessed if the car is left post charging at the supercharger location. ** You can recharge up to 200 mi in 15 minutes at Supercharger locations. You can prepay for unlimited use of Superchargers in the Extras section or opt to pay for what you use.

• How long does it take to recharge the tesla?

  Using a supercharger, you can expect the car to reach full charge in about 30 minutes. You can get up to 200 miles in 15 minutes, but that varies depending on factors like the ambient temperature and battery preconditioning.

• How can I start or turn off the vehicle?

  Place the keycard on the surface area below the arm rest and behind the cupholders to activate the car. By holding down the brake, you can then shift the right stalk down to the D (Drive) position you'll be ready to drive off. Keep in mind that Teslas have regenerative breaking (also called one-pedal driving), so the car will break as soon as you release the gas pedal. It takes some getting used to it, so make sure you try it in a safe place before driving off.
