* The vehicle will be located in the Peak Plaza Parking lot directly between Mr. Tire and in front of the Bicycle Chain buildings. The car will be in the spaces in between these two locations in the spots closest to the Jenks Rd. Entrance/Exit. The car will be clearly marked with a TURO tag in the front driver's window. (Please save all laminated paper for future use.) *The key will be in the center console & I will unlock the car remotely if you just contact me through the Turo App a few moments before you arrive. *The car is fully charged & fueled, so you're good to go! Just a heads up: after the EV mode runs out, the car will switch to Hybrid & Gas mode, which still gives you great mileage. If you’d like to use the charger and cord during your trip, just let me know, and I’ll make sure they’re in the car for you. Plug it in after you’re done for the day, and it’ll be ready for EV mode again the next morning. *Just be sure to leave the charger & cord in the car when you return it—otherwise, there’s a fee for replacing them. *Please, No Smoking and No Pets allowed in this vehicle, there will be a cleaning fee assessed if it is found that the car has been smoked in or has had pets inside. *Please understand, all guests will be charged for any and all toll fees incurred while the vehicle is the guests possession. The vehicle is GPS tracked with a Fleet tracking system and will alert us of any toll usage. *Please also understand the vehicle's speed is also tracked by GPS so please drive responsibly. *If you are requesting use of the charger & extension cord, please make sure you return them with the car upon checkout or you will be assessed a replacement cost fee.

• Where is the gas tank, and how do I open it?

  The gas tank is on the passenger side of the car. The flap is opened from inside of the vehicle just in front of the shifter on the lower control panel. Simply push the button and the flap will open. NOTE: There is no gas cap, just stick the pump nozzle directly into the receptacle and begin fueling.

• Why does the car seem like it is not running?

  To confirm the car is on and ready to drive look at the front instrument cluster after starting the vehicle. There will be a small GREEN CAR with a double sided ARROW underneath it stating that the vehicle is ready to drive.

• Wheres the charger for the Ev Mode battery?

  If you would like the use of the charger please request it by texting me via. the Turo App. There is no extra cost for use of the cord & charger unless the customer fails to return them at time of checkout. The charging port is located in front of the drivers side door behind the round cover. Push the cover on the little indent then release your finger and the cover will pop open. Plug the large black receptacle into the car then stretch the cord to the nearest outlet and plug it in. Reverse this process after the vehicle has charged. You will notice the vehicle is charging by the Blue Blinking Ring around the receptacle on the car. When fully charged the Blue Ring will light up solid Blue & eventually shut off.
