This diesel Volkswagen Jetta is the best combination of great fuel economy, power, and space inside a car. The rated fuel economy is at 30 mpg city and 42 highway. I usually see closer to the 38-40mpg mark with mostly city driving. With this being the wagon version, it's has more room in the trunk than most modern SUVs. Car sometimes seems as though it didn’t want to start. Didn’t know until late that the car was diesel. The car was great on gas just know there will have to be some extra patience when starting and turning the car off because there is some defects. Also if there is a little dirt you will be charged a fee for not cleaning the car. Seems unreasonable due to start up problems but it is what it is.

Diesels have a 2 second delay when starting to warm up the glow plugs. This is my favorite of my Turo vehicles as with diesels, you get the best of both worlds, great power and amazing fuel economy (plus a massive trunk since this is a wagon). The $15 cleaning fee was for leaving chocolate stains on the driver seat although there was also trash and a dirty face mask left behind as well

The car was great! It is in great condition and Igor was extremely accommodating to my early pick up and drop off which was greatly appreciated! I will be renting from him when I am back in ATL! Great car, great communication. Highly recommended!
