We will bill you for tolls (if applicable) directly through an “Incidental Invoice” via the Turo app at the end of your trip, 𝗗𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻. This is a firm restriction and you will incur a hefty fine if we discover any evidence of smoke. We have zero judgment if you smoke, but we also have zero tolerance if you do so in our car. Please respect that these are our personal vehicles and also our livelihood. We simply cannot rent out a vehicle that smells of smoke, and must take it offline for cleaning and ozone treatment. If you choose to ignore this, we will seek $𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $250 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, depending on severity. We thank you for not smoking in our cars. 𝟯. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 🧹 All of our vehicles are washed, detailed, and sanitized before delivery. It is Car Sharing Etiquette Please to return the car in the condition you received it. If you are careless or abusive and there is irresponsible cleaning incident you could be charged up to $150.00. If the vehicle is returned with normal tear and wear, there will be no cleaning expenses. 𝟰. 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 ⛽ You can use any Tesla Supercharger because our car is directly backed by our credit card on file. We will seek a reimbursement for every Supercharge, so please charge at least 90% on every visit. Be aware that the Tesla Superchargers also charge idle fees which are $1 per minute. You must not let the battery go down below 20 miles before recharging. This is very unhealthy for the battery and reduces the life of the battery. Therefore we charge a $50 fee per occurrence. Please be mindful of this. Moreover, You will receive the car with at least 80% charged. Unless you prepaid for the EV RECHARGE, please return it with at least 80%, for a not post-charging. Please be aware you will be billed between $10 - $50 for post-charging fees depending on the charge level, and up to $50 if the vehicle is returned with less than 20 miles of range.

• Can I smoke cigarettes, weed, or vape in your car?

• Can I use any of the Tesla Superchargers?

  Yes you can use any Tesla Supercharger because our car is directly backed by our credit card on file. We will seek a reimbursement for every Supercharge, so please fill it to the full 80% on every visit. Be aware that the Tesla Superchargers also charge idle fees which are $1 per minute. We monitor how often you charge up to 100%. There is a $50 surcharge if you charge the battery to 100% per occurrence. We also charge a $50 fee for every time we are alerted that the charge fell below 25 miles. (WARNING: PLEASE BE SURE TO ALWAYS USE THE ONBOARD GPS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LET THE TESLA KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING SO THAT IT CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO CHARGE WHILE ON ROUTE TO YOUR DESTINATIONS)

• Late return

  If you running more than 30 minutes late, we encourage you to extend the trip for one day, we will approve the extension if the car is available. Turo late return policy: 0-29 minutes late: No charge 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price; $50* improper return fee at Turo’s discretion** 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day + $20* late return fee; $50* improper return fee at Turo’s discretion
