Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app
Do I need to return the Tesla fully charged?
No, you don't need to return the Tesla to fully charged, but you should return it with at least an 80% or at the same charge level you received. If you return the vehicle with a lower charge, Turo can charge you a recharging fee, a convenience fee, and a low battery level fee.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Yes.
How do I charge your electric car?
Please charge it at any Tesla Supercharging station. Just plug it in and it will automatically charge. We don't have charging adapters for non-Tesla charging stations. Feel free to bring your own.
