FAQs
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of 91 premium or above unleaded gas. Please return it at same gas level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?

Car was small [esp. for luggage], but I knew that and it was worth it for the fun. It took a while to figure out how to control the ragtop, but then everything went smoothly [except for maybe getting the luggage in and out of the trunk.
