These documents are MANDATORY require by Turo’s policy before the key info can be released. KEY INSTRUCTION for REMOTE VERIFICATION: Since we are not there to check you in, per Turo’s Protection Plan, we need these 2 items upload to Turo’s trip photos before we can provide you the key instruction, the purpose is to proof that you are the person who picking up the car. 1, a photo of your valid Driver License 2, a photo of you holding your license next to your face so we can verify that the photo match you to help verify identity. We will send you the key instruction right away after the pictures got uploaded. PLEASE DO THIS STEP ANYTIME WITHIN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TRIP START TO RECEIVE LOCK BOX & UNLOCK CODE for the KEY. -------------------------- TIPs: #1, In your Turo app's main page, select " Trip" then scroll upward to find "Trip Photos " then add the pictures from there. #2, If you can't find that function button, text us those pictures here & we will help you upload them, thanks (510) 338-7010 *********** Also, It's a wonderful, safe neighborhood & plenty of parking spaces for your car to park here during the rental. There are several gas stations near our house at Webster St. & Buena Vista Avenue in Alameda. Also, a SafeWay gas station nearby too) —————————— BRIDGES TOLL/ FASTRAK POLICY: [USE YOUR OWN DEVICE IF YOU BRING ONE WITH YOU] Or [PAY CASH AT TOLL PLAZA IF YOU LIKE TO PAY CASH] Otherwise, our car has Fastrak Acct, when you cross the toll pplaza the System will scan the car’s license plate and then subtract our bank. If you decide to use this feature, please keep track all the trips & tolls amount. PLEASE...PLEASE...be remember, text us the tolls $ after the whole trip complete, so we can bill you thru Turo’s app. ——————————— PARKING TICKET POLICY: Park at your own risk, avoid color zone(Red, yellow, white, blue & Bus zone please) Also, read the sign for time allowance & over night street sweeping, these tickles will cost you from $55 - $1,000 USD Once you get the ticket, please pay online as soon as you can to avoid future hassle like: late, penalty & collection fee. we will not responsible for any tickets that you get, every dollars would come out from your pocket. Remember to text us the proof before & after the payment please ! ——————————— 🚭ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CAR, high penalty will be charge for any bad smell found after you return the car🚭 ——————————— CAR CLEAN POLICY: We mostly have the next guest come to pick up the car after your trip and we may not be around to have a chance to do the cleaning before the next delivery; so, we would like if you can do us a favor by return the car as clean as possible like we leave you the car before. It could cost you up to $60 if the car return very dirty condition or you want us do the cleaning for you. —————————- LATE RETURN & EXTENSION, TURO INSURANCE POLICY: For insurance purpose, Turo only give 15 minutes grace period allowance for before and after the trip; therefore, modify for earlier pick up or request for extension if return late to protect you. Also, request for extension if you need to add additional days to the trip as soon as possible to avoid over lap by the next renter so you can keep the car as long as you want. ________________________ TOURIST WITH LUGGAGE ALERT !! To avoid Vehicle Break-Ins, do not leave any valuable items, luggage, handbag purse or backpack in the passenger seats, the theft will beak the glass...!! __________________________ AIRPORT GUEST Return: Dear Turo guests, we always standby the schedule & ready to drop you off back to the Airport terminals on time. if you plan to return earlier; sure, no problem, let us know ahead of time, our agent teams always there for you.
