Car was great. Clean and ready to go when I got there. Sean was very helpful with any issues. Even responded to late night texts when needed.

Started out with Sean not being willing to meet me outside to show me around the car. Was told by a lady that he was “busy working inside”. Poor communication within the Turo app. Picked the car up on a 1/3 charge. Literally ruined half our evening trying to find a charger in order to get back home. Nice car, but very poor customer service. Too bad!

My girlfriend showed the vehicle while I was working, I work from home primarily. Car was given with 112 miles at noon, could’ve supercharged before dinner. The tesla constantly reminds you to charge it to be able to make your intended route. My care was also left dirty and damaged + is currently a pending case.

This was my first experience renting through Turo as well as driving a Tesla. The whole experience was a breeze and the car was amazing. Highly recommend renting from Sean as he was great to deal with.
