Excellent all in all. Brandon and Michelle were super helpful

Car didn’t turn on at the beginning of the trip. Then, at some point keys run out battery and I was locked out in the street for 5 hours without having access to house keys, wallet, etc. Host didn’t bother himself and didn’t seem helpful or empathic. Towing company that was sent by Turo to unlock the car billed me $115 because host didn’t want to take responsibility of his car and its condition. Windshield wipers barely can barely clean. Not the best Turo experience.

Beginning of trip the wheel was locked and we assisted him to turn the ignition on. He locked the key in car and blames the key fob not working but it was fine both before and after the trip and the battery was not dead. I don’t see how he could blame us for this when he left the key in the car without him inside. He called my wife and was very upset blaming us for this. My wife called turo roadside assistance for him and they took a while to get there and billed him according to their policy.

Great car! Was able to get around the whole island for a week and only had to fill up once! Brandon was really responsive and helpful.
