Complaint needed to be raised in relation to the host’s conduct, which was upheld by Turo.
Car was fine.

The client was agreed to return to the car’s location before I deliver the car. But he changed the mind at last minute. Then forced and threatened me to collect the car from his address. Based on his dishonest and rude behaviours, I was fear and unwilling to meeting him. But I received a lot of threatening text messages. Finally, the car was not returned as he said. Me and Turo spent a lot of time on it. The petrol was not filled up as he collected. Please avoid this person.

Sisi’s vehicle was in a really good condition. Me and my family had comfortable long road trip. Being a Toyota, the vehicle was sturdy and reliable. The vehicle was also equipped with ideal sound system, safety features, cruise control etc making trip smooth.
We fit 4 medium suitcases and more. So boot space is also a plus.
Coordinating with Sisi for pickup and drop was also convenient. Totally recommend 💯
