COVID 19 update: We have enhanced our cleaning methods, this includes ensuring all of our vehicles are disinfected on arrival which includes priority areas such as door handles, steering wheel, dashboard, console, seats, etc. All of our vehicles are delivered by trained delivery agents. ** Please note: renters must be X or older, with a minimum of 24 months of driving experience. Rental includes insurance, more details in Guidelines below.** 1) ID Requirements for this hire: Driving licence, if a UK licence then national insurance number or DVLA check code and if UK resident a bank statement or utility bill dated in the last 3 months. 2) A security deposit of £500.00 is taken on your debit/credit card when you pick up the vehicle. This is refunded fully as long as car is back on time, with no new damage and with agreed amount of fuel (normally full). 3) For drivers aged 21-24 there is a young driver surcharge of £15 a day. 4) Our delivery and collection offices open at 8am in Hemel Hempstead, please bear this in mind when booking vehicles for delivery early in the morning as we will leave at 8am and get the vehicle to you as soon as possible. The same applies in the evening, our offices close at 6pm so delivery times will need to allow us to get back to Hemel Hempstead by then. 5) We will do our best to source the vehicle booked however all our cars are on an 'or similar' basis.
