Guidelines
Please see the pickup & return instructions after you've chosen your delivery location. Tolls: Liverpool tunnels - the car is prepaid and uses number plate recognition. Use the 'Fast Tag' lane. Mersey Gateway - if you have crossed the bridge please let me know. It is a £2 if we pay by the next day. Otherwise it will be a penalty charge of ~£20. All toll charges will be invoiced at the end of the trip. All other tolls / charges / parking are your responsibility. Fuel - The car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel (UNLEADED) on drop-off. Please return with the same amount. However if needed, you are welcome to return the car with any amount and the missing fuel amount will be charged + Turo's £10 convenience fee. Late fees - Please return the car on time. Returning the car late will result in a fee. However, if you are considerate and let me know you are running a little late, I am very reasonable and this will not be a problem. You also have the option of extending your trip if you will not make it. - No smoking - No pets Please treat the car well. Have a great time, enjoy the car and be safe!

Is there a phone mount/holder?
Yes I have an adjustable phone holder. You can plug in your phone to use Apple CarPlay/Android Auto on the main touchscreen.
Can I return the car to a different location
Yes. Just book the car to the delivery location and during the trip you can change the return location. Please let me know ASAP
Do I have to pay for parking if I want the car dropping off and picking up from the airport?
Yes, I am afraid so. If you would like the car dropping off and picking up anywhere that requires parking, then the charges will be up to you. You can either pay them on the day, or I can pay and you will be invoiced through Turo. I will always try to guide you to somewhere that won't require any parking costs, and I will aim to get to the agreed place at the same time as you to avoid fees if possible. Parking at the airport is approx £6 per 30 minutes. I will liaise with you closer to the time to make sure we try to keep the parking costs to a minimum.

Is this car ULEZ compliant?
Yes it is and there are no charges for driving in ULEZ zones.
