Great comms, car was perfect and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the car had a faulty drivers door, which Imran was aware of before I collected the car. He send me a YouTube video which gave advice on how to reset the electric window, but which didn’t fix it. This meant that two hours after collection, I had to drive back to return the car. Imran did kindly exchange the car for an Audi A4 that he had, which was absolutely fine, but had very little fuel in it when collected, and smelt of smoke. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience and wasted time.
Overall service levels were good (he gave me a lift to the station after drop off) but car prep and maintenance standards definitely need improvement.
